I really like using your dealership. I did take my car when I was using it and my daughter did the same when she had it. However, I am disappointed because you are including a surcharge I did take my car when I was using it and my daughter did the same when she had it. They had my vehicle for longer than one day, which was not expected. They never called me to inform me it was going to stay overnight, either. When I got to my vehicle, my phone holder was broken into two not expected. They never called me to inform me it was going to stay overnight, either.
