(Need to do my taxes before withdrawing from my IRA, got discouraged with the $ charge. Your staff is great, enjoyable and knowledgeable, Makes one feel appreciated. This time I'm going to shop around 1st. I know you need to make a profit, but think how a customer feels paying $69 for 10-15 minutes work. You might think about gouging? Somewhat disappointed...
