We are very pleased with our recent service experience which was an engine control module software "tweak" performed by a mobile technician who came to our house to close an open recall notice. I cannot recall the mobile technician's name, but he arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue. 5 starts to all involved and to the dealership overall. More

This Manor Leif Johnson Ford Dealership Customer Service experience is most likely the BEST "Vehicle Service" I've ever encountered and I've owned F-350 Super Duty trucks since 1994. The "Service Writer," experience is most likely the BEST "Vehicle Service" I've ever encountered and I've owned F-350 Super Duty trucks since 1994. The "Service Writer," Tony was very well prepared to answer ALL my questions and he was so organized and punctual with the status of my vehicle service repairs and recall items. Tony also kept me in the loop and updated me about any correspondence and communication with my "Extended Warranty" company, Mechanical Protection Plan - Platinum Level. They were very thorough and detail oriented to ensure they addressed not only the primary reason I took my truck there but, they also discovered there were a few more corrections (Recalls / TSB's) they were able to identify and fix. I used to go to Covert Ford (Hwy 183 / Duval Rd.), for a very long time, because, it's much closer to my residence but, now, I have just decided and changed my mind about Leif Johnson Ford - Manor, will now become my primary Ford Dealership for ALL my service (Oil Changes / Regular Service Visits / Repairs, Recalls, and / or TSB's) Thanks Again ! Service advisor Jerrod communicated regularly (big improvement over the dealership who works on our Volt). The video allowing us to "be in the service bay" with the technician was a great addition to! More
Loved the free pickup and drop off so I didn't have to take so much time out of my day to get my truck serviced. Also loved to see the video of the issues and inspection. take so much time out of my day to get my truck serviced. Also loved to see the video of the issues and inspection. More
My wife and I had been slowly searching for a replacement for our Jeep Cherokee. Last Saturday, while heading home to Manor, we decided to stop by Riata Ford (Lief Johnson Ford of Manor) on a whim. I reached for our Jeep Cherokee. Last Saturday, while heading home to Manor, we decided to stop by Riata Ford (Lief Johnson Ford of Manor) on a whim. I reached out to a friend who knows the General Manager, Gary Brophy, and asked for some assistance. I'll be honest—we were hesitant. We’d heard some negative things in the past, including my daughter having a rough experience there. However, that is definitely not the culture there now! Gary has done an amazing job turning this place around. We test drove three vehicles, and the entire sales staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with my wife's limited mobility. A big shoutout to Cody Smith, our Sales Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout the process. If Cody can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, Gary will make sure someone does! What sold us was the friendly, no-pressure experience. We also benefited from the employee pricing promotion they're running this month, a very generous trade-in offer (on a vehicle that needed a lot of work), a great interest rate, and fair pricing on GAP insurance and a maintenance plan. We ended up purchasing a new Ford Maverick Hybrid and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a good deal, friendly staff, and a team that genuinely wants to help you, Riata Ford in Manor is the place to go. Thank you again to Gary, Cody, and the entire team! More

Update- On today I had a mobile tech come out because my car breaks started making a loud noise. He inspected my car and told me all my breaks needed to be replaced because there was no lubricant put on the car breaks started making a loud noise. He inspected my car and told me all my breaks needed to be replaced because there was no lubricant put on the breaks. I called Manir Ford and Randall told me I had a warranty on the breaks. I told him they would never work on anything else I own. Randall was very rude. Do not do business with these people. The mobile tech is costing only $450.00 in which I paid Riata Ford $900.00 plus for the same work they did wrong...... 11/14/2024- Do not let these people work on your car, my front breaks went out sometime in September. I was driving, when all of a sudden, I didn't have breaks. The break line was bad. I paid to get it fixed not knowing it was a recall on the breakline. In November I was getting off of work and had picked up my 4 month grandchild in 7 am traffic when again, I had no breaks. I prayed and made it home. I took the car to Jay's in Elgin Texas which told me that the car has recalls on it and if they fixed it, it would be $920.00. I called Riata and was told they couldn't tell me anything unless I brought the car to them. I had my car towed to the Manor Riata Ford. They kept my car 7 days without me known anything, then the manager called me.and told me they would take care of the break line but the other parts I would have to pay to get it fixed. I paid $900 plus Dollars. At this time I was very upset and wrote a review. Not wanting anything else to do with them. But since my car has been returned when I turn left there is a knock in my car and the RPM keeps losing pressure when in park. I'm very upset and disappointed because NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS WERE HAPPENING UNTIL AFTER WORK WAS DONE BY THIS DEALERSHIP. VERY CONCERNING. More
