I tried to call the number 3 times to discuss my horrible experience with Lindsey! I will not return to Riata Ford for service of all 4 of my vehicles while Lindsey is employed! There were employees who were courteous, considerate, kind and helpful individually and for that I'm grateful but collectively as a deserving of one. What a great experience working with Riata Ford. I ordered a Ford Bronco on March 5th, 2022 and after a few months of waiting it finally arrived on July 29th, 2022. Josh Esparza was my salesperson t I ordered a Ford Bronco on March 5th, 2022 and after a few months of waiting it finally arrived on July 29th, 2022. Josh Esparza was my salesperson throughout all of this and a really xxxx good one at that! He called me to let me know it was on the lot and got me started on all the paperwork before even arriving to the dealership. Once there, we took it for a test-ride and did the remaining paperwork. My original MSRP was honored and they even are ensuring that I get the price protection rebate from Ford. All in all, it was a great experience and Josh was super open to answering my questions via text or phone whenever I needed him. Definitely the best salesperson I've worked with. More
