After I had my oil change, they failed to give me any warning about how low my tire tread were or that my tires need attention. I tried to call the number 3 times to discuss my horrible experience with Lindsey! I will not return to Riata Ford for service of all 4 of my vehicles while Lindsey is employed! It saddens me to leave after experience with Lindsey! I will not return to Riata Ford for service of all 4 of my vehicles while Lindsey is employed! It saddens me to leave after all the years we have been loyal customers but I value high level of customer service! I have purchased 4 brand new vehicles over the past few years from Riata Ford as well and will think twice about purchasing my 5 in the near future! My sales person AJ is absolutely amazing but the quality of customer service received in the service department isn't comparable I must seeking my buying experience elsewhere! I miss JD he is absolutely amazing and I know I would have not had this horrible experience with him! More
I didn't want to do this review but this case is deserving of one. There were employees who were courteous, considerate, kind and helpful individually and for that I'm grateful but collectively as a deserving of one. About a month ago I had a battery issue that needed immediate attention and I called and spoke with Heidi who was able to provide diagnostic information to confirm that it was indeed the battery. I pu immediate attention and I called and spoke with Heidi who was able to provide diagnostic information to confirm that it was indeed the battery. I pulled into the dealership and Lindsey assisted me and within an hour or so they had it replaced. It had been leaking acid and was about to explode. Being grateful how they took care of me then when it was time for the 40,000 oil change I contacted Lindsay and made arrangements to get that along with a tire rotation and inspection done. Being in the service industry myself I build relationships with my customers because they are just more than a transaction and by doing so I invest more into taking care of their needs and not mine. That being said I really appreciate when I receive that type of service, makes you want to come back. When I was about to check out a customer asked Lindsey and Heidi if she were in the Service department and I told her that she was in the Great Service department and that they would take good care of her. My hat off to the Great Service team and the other team members that are also i.e. mechanics etc. that make it a good experience, keep up the good work. Marvin Davis More
