VERY ANGRY!!! Melissa was the worst part of buying a vehicle here. The first night we were there, we had an hour before they closed, and we had a 5 and a half hour Melissa was the worst part of buying a vehicle here. The first night we were there, we had an hour before they closed, and we had a 5 and a half hour drive ahead of us, so they knew they had to work fast. The only thing we got accomplished within the 3 hrs of being there was hearing all about Melissa and her past and where she was at today. The 1st original vehicle we bought they had to hold due to a recall, which she failed to tell us until we signed the paperwork. We were very unhappy at that point. We waited a little more than a month before we decided to go with a different vehicle. Within that month, we were put on the back burner. Melissa had lied to us on multiple occasions, refused to take our calls and barley called us back. We had asked her to call us and not text, as we HATE texting, and she still would only text. One day she ignored our phone calls all day until we called from a different number and then she didn't know what to say. We decided to go with a different vehicle, and the only way we would buy it from there is if she was off of the deal. You would think that someone spending $80,000+ would have your full attention. We honestly almost walked away from Ricarts all together because of her. Treg and Bill saved the sale. Thanks guys, we appreciate your time and hard work it took to please us. You both have made us happy customers. More
