The tool they provide for perspective buyers to use to get a potential monthly payment VS what your finance department offers you when you are in the store are EXTREMELY not the same. You should not use the tools online if they are not going to reflect something close to what you show online. Very disappointed. More

What a great experience at Ricart Ford Columbus OH!!! Great customer services!!!! Wonderful atmosphere!!!! Ben Keeran, Sterling Monk, and Melissa Figgins treated me as if I were family!!! This is the second time I have worked with Ben. He is an amazing salesman and a big asset to Ricart Ford. This was the first time I had met Sterling and Melissa, however, it was as though they new me forever. I even got my pic taken with part of the Wizard of OZ (LOL). thanks for the wonderful experience!! I will definitely come back for all my vehicle needs!!! Zach Bowens even stopped me to say hey (I had dealt with Zach on one previous lease about 18mos ago)!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! More

Courtney Scholl Amazing!! Continuing my review Courtney has been talking to me for over a month and kept me positive about getting a used cars. Then when I called her today in Continuing my review Courtney has been talking to me for over a month and kept me positive about getting a used cars. Then when I called her today in tears she calmed me down an convenienced me to come in even though my transmission needed work. She told me about the used and possible rebates on a new. She sent me over to the new ford department and Mellissa and Treg were able to help me get a new escape. But if Courtney had not been keeping in touch with me for over a month I would have never drove up to Columbus on my day off.
