With my last purchase, a 2016 F This is my second time purchasing a new vehicle with Ricart. Both visits were pleasant, quick and relatively painless. With my last purchase, a 2016 Ford Explorer, the sales person, Phillip Markins, noticed that there was a piece of interior trim that was not attached. He took it to service to have them re-attach the piece and they found that there was a cargo tether that had been incorrectly installed at the factory. They did not just re-attach the trim piece, they corrected the mistake. I was very impressed with Phillip's attention to detail in noticing the missing trim, I certainly did not notice it. Overall, this was another great visit to Ricart!! If you are looking for the best deals, you definitely should stop in and visit Phillip, Melissa and the entire gang at Ricart. More
