2016 Escape I worked with Zach on a purchase in a previous year and had called him to work on possibly upgrading. He had moved into a different position within Ricart and directed me to Tim. I came in on a Friday evening to meet with Tim hoping that we could work out a deal on a new purchase with a trade in. Tim and Chad were so helpful and willing to work with my needs which ended up getting me into the car I was hoping for. With all the finalization of paperwork we ended up being there later than close and not once did I hear a moan about the time. In fact, we came back to clear out my old car the next day we ended up looking for a new car for my boyfriend and ended up purchasing a Fiesta from Tim and Chad. I highly recommend Ricart and any of the employees I have come in contact with in sales or service. More
