Worst experience ever. Took car in for break problem. They got the light off the dash and didn’t fix breaks. Gentlemen that drove my car up when I went to pick up got out o Took car in for break problem. They got the light off the dash and didn’t fix breaks. Gentlemen that drove my car up when I went to pick up got out of the car and said something isn’t right he about hit another car while pulling it up and heard a noise and said what was that. Proceeds to tell me the breaks go to the floor and be careful, that was my complaint the breaks had light on dash meaning they needed attention. After about 10 minutes of me waiting for a response they proceed to give me my keys and tell me to drive carefully. Almost a grand to have fixed and am told to drive carefully. More

If it was possible to give 0 stars. That would be my rating. They have had car for almost three months. Required to take a rental w/ mileage limits and fill up w/ gas. Take their sweet time helping you after and nickle and diming you after they sell you a lemon. More

I don’t think anyone in the service department knows how to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get an to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get answers to my questions. This was over 3 to 4 days no one return calls or communicated anything. Absolutely no care for your time or needs. Had a 8 am Tuesday appointment, dropped of on Monday night, at noon on Tuesday I begin to call to see what they found out, couldn’t get to through to anyone, no return calls. Went over there and they didn’t know, they hand to call the tech, they said it needed struts and wheel balance to fix the problem. She said he’d been working it all day off and on. She says she’ll call in the hour to give me full details on the findings. I get a text and email link that details the inspection results, the concerns I took it in for was $2000+ dollars! Then had $1500 in miscellaneous other things, like $250 for a serpentine belt, $300 for 4 spark plugs! 😳 no thanks just fix the struts and wheel balance. Well didn’t have the parts, had to order them and that took 4 days. Part of changing the struts you should make sure the strut mount is changed also, i starts to call 8 am on Friday to make sure that was done also, no communication at all, ask to speak to a supervisor took all day and 6 phone calls! Finally got through to one at 1 pm. Picked up the car at 1 minute to closing and guess what. IT STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE!!!! They claim to have test drove it after repairs and say the concern is fixed. Total lie, you have to drive over 15 speed bumps through their lot to get to Williams road and the first one I went over I could hear same clicking noise plain as day. The repair did not correct the problem. The incompetence this place has is truly unbelievable. NEVER, EVER, will I go back to this place! Had just as many problems with Ford side Also. This time it was Hyundai service. More

I brought my car here for an airbag recall and to fix the emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from thei emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from their Used Car Factory never had a problem. The Ford Service department was the only time I had problems, but they definitely took care of me and owned up to their mistakes. While it was a frustrating few days, it definitely could have been a lot worse and they definitely worked to make things easier. That was very much appreciated. More
