I brought my car here for an airbag recall and to fix the emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from thei emergency brake. Full transparency, there were quite a few frustrations on getting everything taken care of. I have happily bought two cars from their Used Car Factory never had a problem. The Ford Service department was the only time I had problems, but they definitely took care of me and owned up to their mistakes. While it was a frustrating few days, it definitely could have been a lot worse and they definitely worked to make things easier. That was very much appreciated. More
Ricart is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Every time I take my car in for service I get it back with bigger problems. I had a 9am appointment for a simple tire rotation, for which I was put into the fast lane for quick service. I waited for awhile until finally asking how long it would take. My truck didn’t go onto the l which I was put into the fast lane for quick service. I waited for awhile until finally asking how long it would take. My truck didn’t go onto the lifts until 10:10am. I just don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment and also being put into a faster lane when it still took over an hour and fifteen minutes. They did waive the $10 charge but still was a hassle since I had my infant with me. More

No respect I have owned fords all my life i have fords ranging from the 50s to 2014 i recently whent to ohio form my home in north carolina to go to the Columbus I have owned fords all my life i have fords ranging from the 50s to 2014 i recently whent to ohio form my home in north carolina to go to the Columbus ohio ford swap meet as i was pulling my camper with my 2012 ford f-350 7 mi from my campground the intercooler hose exploded and i was stuck on the side of Hwy 270 exit 7 i called ricart ford told them what i needed told them my problem they had the part. I told them that if they would bring it 5miles down the road to me i would pay them well for the trouble they told me that all delivery drivers were out and would not be back till 6pm and then ohio dot show up thank god. He tryed to get them to bring it they said they would not bring it so the ohio dot took me the 5 mi down the road and when i got there three delivery trucks were sitting there not doing anything but i got my part and went back to my truck fixed id in 5min all thanks to the nice man from ohio dot he got a $100 tip for his trouble Ricart parts service SUCKS DON'T DEPEND ON THEM FOR ANYTHING More

Ibe just got the denial on my case# CAS-16622046K9W6L4 that they said they were going to give me financial assistance because of Ricarts misleading lifetime powertrain warranty! This has swayed me to mever own another Ford! Ive convinced my family and all the welder friends of mine buying new trucks that Ford was the best and now ive been slapped in the Face! When a customer is put in a bind because of a dealers misleading sales/marketing pitch to step in and take care of them! I can literally show all ive owned for the last 20+ years IS FORD! Never again will this happen to ME! I had one frien that went with Dodge and his warranty had just ran out and his Turbo went out and they still fixed it for him! From my initial call to schedule service to paying the dealership, staff members were very courteous and kept me informed about the status of service points. More
