Efficient, responsive, courteous and fair. Took time to understand what features we were interested in and reviewing the two models we were comparing. My slaes rep, Lyndsey Burks was great. Followed up and called me to let me know when he had the right inventory for me. He wasn't pushy at all - just helpful. The manager who worked with me on price did not come accross authentic. I prefer a genuine, accurate person doing my deal with me. Otherwise the check out process was done effciently. I have had several emails offereing assitance post the sale and one contact with my sales rep. The communications have not been over played. More
My experience with Ricart and Don Wehmeyer covers 3 cars (all Kias) over about a 6 year period. In all cases, and this is why I trust them and will continue to do business with them, is because they never rush me or push me into a particular car. They want to know what I want, and they want to work with that. I am in sales too, so it is always a pleasure to do business with other sales people who pretty much have the same style I do. Be informative, be helpful, show some reserve and you'll make the sale--and he does. More
I actually went to Ricart with my stepmother simply for price comparison shopping from an Ad that was in the Saturday Dispatch. I was not looking nor interested in purchasing a KIA- I was looking at the n price comparison shopping from an Ad that was in the Saturday Dispatch. I was not looking nor interested in purchasing a KIA- I was looking at the new outlander. When Lindsay approached us I told him what I was interested in and from there he began to educate us on the model comparison as well as the added values between the models, consumer report write up etc. While he worked with other representatives in the office, I used my Epic 4G to confirm all the informaiton that he provided- not that he did not seem honest but I was widow purchasing my first car without my protector (husband) and I did not want to be taken advantage of. He was very attentive to my concerns as well as needs- and I appreciate it! The entire team that day were very gracious- and I truly appreciate it! My husband has bought several cars from Ricart and I must say I received the same level of cusotmer service that kept him coming back. Last April, I was shopping for a new vehicle and therefore paid a visit to the Ricart MegaMall. From the moment we arrived, we experiened excellent customer service; our salesperson, Bob Tackett, wa therefore paid a visit to the Ricart MegaMall. From the moment we arrived, we experiened excellent customer service; our salesperson, Bob Tackett, was wonderful. He was most patient with us and truly listened To our needs; we ended up leasing a 2011 Kia Sorento, which I have been very happy with. I have been to the service dept @ Ricart since our lease began, where I have also received excellent service. I will be recommending Ricart and Bob Tackett to any of my friends who might be in the market for buying/leasing a new vehicle. More
