I came in today to get out of my Lease and get I to a new car, what was great today aside from docs & reg fees.. I paid zero out of pocket for my new vehicle. I had enough equity built in my previous lease that I was able to wash my hands and move onto something Brand New.. I purchased a 2022 Trailblazer and so far I love it. Although it's a big step down from the top, it has everything 1 person can need in an SUV . Thank you Vincent Francis for all the work you put into my deal and to Artie Beyer for bringing me in just in time to get the right deal on the vehicle I wanted. More

Remember the TV commercial which states Ray Catina Mercedes of Edison states that their dealership is more than a dealership, its a destination....I am actually not certain wha which states Ray Catina Mercedes of Edison states that their dealership is more than a dealership, its a destination....I am actually not certain what that statement means, but I can say with certainty that going to Richard Lucas Chevrolet/Suburu is not just going to a dealership, its like going on vacation! Why? Because EVERY time I have been there I leave in a much better mood than when I arrived, and that's 100% TRUE. Why? because absolutely everyone who works there is friendly and in a good mood. Every one who works there is not only friendly, but they go out off their way to answer any questions you have with HONESTY....that means they just don't guess or "puff" their product to answer you in such a way that by answering your question, they also try to make their product better than what it actually is... And of All the salesman that work there, and I know many of them, Vincent Francis is your "go to" salesman...why? because he is knowledgeable, super friendly, but most of all, he really does care...he ALWAYS go out of his way to fix or satisfy your issue that you can't seem to solve...Vincent is a prince of a salesman, and you would be very wise to ask for him! One last thing, I have leased three cars from the Lucas family in the past few years...but, when my dad was alive, he used to buy ALL his Oldsmobiles from the then Carteret Lucas Oldsmobile dealership. Our favorite car then was the Cutlass Supreme, and I think we must have purchased 5 Cutlass Supremes from the Lucas family. Where you go there, see George Lucas, one of the owners...you will be glad you did!!...he is happy, charming and the friendliest owner you will ever meet. Having leased several different brands of cars, I have the experience of visiting many dealerships throughout the years. Walking into a dealership as a woman is always a bit uncomfortable, feeling like fresh meat and wondering whether you’ll get the same respect and deals as a man would. Double that when you walk in as a pair of women, not knowing if who you are meeting with will want to deal with a same-sex couple looking to buy a family car. I initially made the appointment with Erik Bucchi in internet sales (very nice and professional) who then linked us to Marty. We liked him immediately and quickly felt at ease. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. Never before have I had fun buying/leasing a vehicle until stepping foot into Richard Lucas Chevrolet. Marty was hysterically funny, and the whole team there was friendly and engaging. Most importantly, I feel confident that the deal we got was a very good deal! We absolutely love our Traverse! Great family vehicle and much cooler looking than a minivan. We took our first family trip with our three kids (two in car seats) and had plenty of room.
