I confirmed three times the out the door price included NYC taxes and tags. They knew it was a 45 min ride to the dealership for me. I did not want to waste my time nor theirs. When I arrived to the dealership they played the bait and switch game. The price all of the sudden was not accurate. They made a mistake calculating the taxes apparently. I confirmed that it was NYC taxes and plates and even confirmed the tax rate ahead of time--i understand mistakes happen but they offered nothing but an insincere apology. They didn't even offer any other incentive to meet me half way on the issue. It was only a $400 difference. It wasn't the money, it was the principle. These crooks don't deserve my business. Steer clear! I went down the road to Sansone Nissan and purchased a brand new Nissan Altima instead. Drove it off the lot two hours later. More

"I didnt say that, the cars in such high demand that it will be at least 7-9 weeks! and that fee that I initally told you was a $500 locate fee, yeah its gonna be tough to get that back, since it wasnt really a locate fee, it was a deposit" ALso, please guys, im in sales too-please iron your shirts. That was my experience. I then went to World Subaru and dealt with a great crew over there with no xx. More

Great Subaru Service Experience with Carlos Capdevila The night my tire got a flat on Route 78 W was a nightmare! Roadside assistance provided by the Subaru Gold Plus Service Agreement didn't solve my pro The night my tire got a flat on Route 78 W was a nightmare! Roadside assistance provided by the Subaru Gold Plus Service Agreement didn't solve my problem and it was my husband who was finally able to get me back on the road with my spare past after a 4 hours. They didn't even follow-up properly after I filed a formal compliant with Subaru Customer Service. Needless to say I was not happy when I called the Subaru dealership to make the service appointment for my new tire (after all, they're the ones who sold me the added security.) However from the moment I called the Subaru Service desk, Service Advisor, Carlos Capdevila became my advocate in holding the company accountable for my bad experience and turning it around. He escalated the approval required from the Roadside Assistance Program to his District Manager when he was having trouble getting through to them. He made recommendations for next steps and assumed risk on his side by taking the initiative to order my tire before the approval came through. He communicated appropriately the whole time and set proper expectations with me. He negotiated the cost of my deductible down to a 20% payment based on my horrendous roadside experience. And when the tire was ready he called me in and I was out the door again in 20 minutes with a car that was as good as new! Carlos turned my Subaru experience around for the better! And I am very thankful to him for his professionalism, diligence, and most importantly, getting results! More
