I went to Lucas Subaru on the recommendation of a friend and it was the best decision I could have made. I worked with Mike Provilon who was warm, knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. He answered all my questions and even gave me information I didn't know I needed to know. I was in on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours we had test driven two cars, were given all our options and made our decision. So easy and painless. I can't recommend working with Mike Provilon enough. We also dealt with Mike Bracke on the financing of the car. He explained all our options and we never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't think we needed. In fact, that was our experience with the whole dealership. No pressure, they let the quality of the car make the sale which is so smart. We would definitely recommend them and the next time we're buying a car I would return. And so far, I love my new Forester. More
