Throughout the service the advisor keep me updated as to the status of my vehicle. Upon completion was escorted to the cashier and both the advisor and cashier asked if I had any other concerns or if there’s anything else that they could help me with . More

Awful Awful Awful So where do I start. Took my car 3 weeks ago for the AC blowing hot.... "it's been fixed, that'll be about $300"...ok great. Less then a week exact sa So where do I start. Took my car 3 weeks ago for the AC blowing hot.... "it's been fixed, that'll be about $300"...ok great. Less then a week exact same problem, bring it back "oh we know what the problem is it's been fixed, now nearly $500".... ok cool. Same week AC breaks again, exact same problem everytime...so this 3rd time which is this evening this great service manager calls me to tell me oh this time we know what it is it will cost IN PARTS $1600!!! So the part I have not told you is that they kept my car for a full 2 weeks, 14 days they kept my car.... no calls no updates literally not a peep. Left 3 or 4 messages on Francisco voicemail then left other messages on this great service manager whatever his name is. Guys watch out for these xxxx bags. Trust me when I tell you these are unqualified uneducated car people that are literally out to screw you over. If you don't want to listen to me just look at their review history. These people are TERRIBLE and truly avoid this place at all costs. The things I have heard about this place since I have shared my stories would make you sick. Be careful. I warn you be careful. Take your car to any other car dealer but Acura and I wouldn't even buy an Acura from them from how shady they are. xxxx poor management and Rick and Rita Case would be appalled by your customer appreciation. More
