Vincent Bianco who is young but has a calm demea Mr. Riley you certainly have the "Dream Team" From our first impression when we were greeted by Mr.. Vincent Bianco who is young but has a calm demeanor and very engaged because he allows the customer to talk without feeling pressure or discomfort. First impression sets the stage. Then, he introduced us to Mr. Romeo Hebert who has amazing focus and attention to detail-knows his stuff. Romeo made a terrific transition from us being wowed with the initial presentation of the car, then to someone who we knew could crunch the numbers well and advise us on our options. Even still, my son was having a little trouble affording it and I was not going to put any money down for him-we decided to keep looking not really wanting to but shook the hands of the two gentlemen who patiently asked all our questions. As we headed towards the door, it was Fernando who put the icing on the cake! He came from behind the desk and said with a very infectious smile, "how can I help"? He made no promises but diligently listened and quickly returned a response. I was thrilled with the whole event and can not say that about any other experience with car shopping although Honda has been good to me.
