Worst customer service and prices on the whole state! I went to this dealer 6 months ago to get a Tucson. I asked upfront for the discounts and the seller said: No discounts sorry. 0 discounts. I told the I went to this dealer 6 months ago to get a Tucson. I asked upfront for the discounts and the seller said: No discounts sorry. 0 discounts. I told them that another dealer quoted me discounts and they said sorry we dont care. I walked out the door. Second experience last week. I went ONLY to test drive a Genesis because I knew their prices were horrible an TWO dealers in different parts of South Florida already gave me muuuuuch better prices and service than this guys. Well they treat me really bad, tried to do what dealers like to do and force me to buy the car by force. They game me full price on the car, even though I knew what the car was selling for and the incentives from hyundai. They only gave me a paper that said: put this down and pay this monthly. Thats A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY A CAR LIKE THAT! Check the entire quote. What is the MSRP of the car? What is the selling price the dealer is giving you? What rebates are being applied? What is the money factor or interest and what are the actual ones nationwide? What is the Residual Value? Their numbers where TOTALLY OFF!!! But since they dont show you that and only two numbers that dont represent anything you get SCAMMED!!! BUY elsewhere dont be fooled and for God sake shop ONLINE with different dealers. My two cents. More
