Took my 2017 Hyundai Tucson SE in because there was a recall. When they did the recall, they also took care of a second minor recall I had never received any notice concerning. Also did a complete inspection an engine analysis. Everything passed, but am mention it because there was NO CHARGE!! Many places hit you with a “diagnostic fee”.for that analysis. Rick Case didn’t. The Tucson is the 4th vehicle have purchased from the Rick Case group and see no reason to ever go elsewhere. Stay away from buying parts at this dealership, and especially beware of Darren Marshall. I was very satisfied with Donald service, he did everything in his power to help me get the deal that I wanted he went beyond. It was not cool that the offers advertised by Hyundai all over the webs everything in his power to help me get the deal that I wanted he went beyond.
