On Saturday, April 26th, 2025 at approximately 6pm, we had came to an agreement on a vehicle that the MSRP purchase was $54K, however, with the Rick Case incentives added brought the cost up to $57K. I ha had came to an agreement on a vehicle that the MSRP purchase was $54K, however, with the Rick Case incentives added brought the cost up to $57K. I had a trade-in, which was a 2021 Ford F-150 Limited Powerboost 4X4 and had been appraised for $44K. Nevertheless, I agreed on the purchase, since they were offering a rebate of $13,500 to the (2) year lease of 12K miles per year. I was quickly brought to the Finance Manager and was introduced to Mohamed E. Chtaili and begun the process of initializing and signing documents. I was then proceeded to receive the documents on a flash drive, so I wasn't able to see the paperwork completely, since we were in a rush. He wanted to go home to watch his son play soccer. At any rate, I looked at the paperwork a day later and was to my surprise to find that the contracted agreed amount was not $57K but $62,600.96 It is only a (2) year lease/12K miles per year. However, in addition, there were charges that I was not expected to pay and I called to complain and have them removed, I was told that I needed them and was not given an option to receive my funds returned. - Appearance Protection - $1,495 - Road Hazard - $1,027 - Etch - $799 - Gap Plus - which was not identified but is charged in the contract but disclosed as something else, which I did not want. I reached out to Hyundai and Rick Case Management, however, I was only given instructions that the dealership I had purchased the vehicle would be able to assist. However, I explained that I was being a victim of switch and bait of the agreed price and that the OPTIONAL INSURANCE AND OTHER PRODUCTS were not going to be rescinded. I have felt that I had been bullied and taken advantage of and this had begun from the manager Donovan Jaehrling and then the process was then conspired with the Financial Manager, Mohamed E. Chtaili. More

I drove home to West Palm Beach and on Saturday I noticed that the car wasn't clean. I contacted the salesman about the not being clean and talked about the key fob. Still working on it. I contacted Rick Case Hyundai Plantation and asked to speak to a manager and left a message on voicemail. After calling on 3 separate attempts and leaving messages not one response. Finally reached Alejandro Fonseca and asked if they would send a new key fob and he replied no. This purchase has been my 4th Hyundai and this last purchase at Rick Case Hyundai Plantation is my worst experience in 60 years of a purchase. This happened to be my 1st experience at Rick Case Hyundai Plantation and terrible communication. One month has gone by and not one text message or phone call. More

I was told that because I bought the vehicle on April 9, 2025, around 3:00 P.M., I was past the 3 days. Fares Abualown, the General Manager, and Joel Padilla, the Sales Manager have informed me. They are telling me that 5:00 P.M. each day is counted as the end of the day. The dealership closes at 9:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 9, 5:00 P.M., a few hours after I bought the car, counts as day 1. Thursday, April 10th, 5:00 P.M. counts as day 2. Friday, April 11th, 5:00 P.M. counts as day 3 and the end of the final day. Mind you, I am under the millage restriction. More

Unfortunately the finance person I think his name is Jong was the worst experience The salesman Jong PAEK was wonderful he couldn’t have been nicer. Unfortunately the finance person I think his name is Jong was the worst experience I had in a long time.He was more high pressure than a time share closer.I told him over and over I wanted the exact deal that me and Mr PAEK had arrived at.He just wouldn’t give up trying to get extra money out of me.He came so close to ruining this deal it’s unbelievable that the deal went through.I hope that’s not the way Rick Case trains it’s employees but you never know.I hope someone in management at Rick Case reads this and calls me so I could give them all the bloody details which I don’t have time and room to list here.J Tyler More

Lied to about the price, was told I would get a $5,000 rebate. I was charged over $3,200 the MRSP price. Was tricked into signing under false pretenses. Was kept in the dealership for over 6 hours. Came in the next day to return the car and get my trade in back, but they told me it was too late, even though on their website it states you have 5 days to return a car. SO now I'm stuck with this overpriced car I can't afford More
after texting with my salesman CHAD i decided to turn in my 2022 hyundai lease and obtain a new lease on a 2025 Chad assured me on multiple occasions that the dealership would buy my car off lease and they my 2022 hyundai lease and obtain a new lease on a 2025 Chad assured me on multiple occasions that the dealership would buy my car off lease and they would absorb my excess miles and make my last payment. That turned out to be them committing fraud. They turned my suv into hyundai which generated a $2300 bill to me I'm sure that they have committed this on many other consumers. Avoid rick case plantation hyundai and definately avoid CHAD. I am in the process of taking legal action against them More
I was assured by Tom that they will charge me for 1 hr labor to fix my car. Your labor rate alone is costly as compared to other car mechanics. I ended up paying for 1.5 hr and if I didn’t check their in labor to fix my car. Your labor rate alone is costly as compared to other car mechanics.
