Bit misleading Went to Rick Case to buy an Atlas. I had been to off lease the day before but decided to get a new car. Spent a lot of time on line doing research. Saw that RC claimed of not being undersold and each purchase gets a Honda generator. While leaving the site a pop up off appear as a $500.00 coupon toward purchase. When we got there there was only a few Atlas available. We choose one that was a little more expensive then what we had been pricing because that was all they had.We negotiated the SUGGESTED price form 41,435 to 38. That is always expected. On the trade in instead of the $17,000-15,000 Blue book they gave me 12,500,a thousand less then off lease. Then I had a finance agreement from Brightstar that I showed them for 3.6 they charge me 5.89. Just to get it over with I agreed knowing in 4 months I'll refinance with Brightstar.So they got there money back,o.k at least I'll get a generator. No I had gotten too good of a deal so no generator. O.K I have my $500.00 coupon,,no that was already figured in. How ? I never mentioned it. ..When I called management to voice my complaints before I made them public all they did was try and defend their actions. Here we are,, sell your car first,set up financing with a credit union then go to Rick Case but don't count on a generator. More

She listens to the wants as a customer instead of being pushy towards another car. Thanks to Claudia and her manager, we were able to get a great deal for the 2018 Tiguan. The finance manager, Freddy Tigrero, gave, by far, the best experience in terms of financing options, additional coverage on the vehicle, and a maintenance plan. I have dealt with over 6 dealerships and their financial department, and Freddy comes out on top. If not for Freddy, we would have to finance our new car with a bank or credit union. Rick case gives a stress free and welcoming environment. They are world class when it comes to customer service and a car buying experience as a whole. More
