Neal always took the time to reach out to keep us updated even when there was no news as the Tahoe was stuck in Texas… I would imagine most people would want to avoid having to call to say they did not have an update but Neal was great at always making sure we were not left wondering! Once he realized it might be a while he started keeping a close eye out for any alternatives and put up with my craziness over specific color choices:) in the end I ended up with a Tahoe I love even more than the one I had ordered❤️❤️❤️ Really really thankful for him and all Of his hard work to make that happen!! Highly recommend Neal to all of my friends and will definitely be reaching out to him next time we are ready for a car! More
