I made the switch to Right Honda to have my car service since this summer. The dealer is very organized and the team is friendly. I work with Kyle Trestrail and he does a great job!! He courteously listens, patiently explains any procedures and efficiently handles my way back to work. Getting the loaner car went so smoothly , it was faster than getting an uber. I got some issues with the car and brought it over to the service center. Turned out it needed some parts to be replaced. I was provided with a loaner while I was waiting for the part to arrive. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They are nothing more than crooks in suits who prey upon people in the name of making a sal purchase a vehicle. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They are nothing more than crooks in suits who prey upon people in the name of making a sale. They employ untoward and outright misleading/deceitful sales practices to force you into a vehicle. During the buying process, I asked the salesperson - Sam Pineau - to provide me with an itemized breakdown of the out-the-door price of the CR-V I was interested in (the cost after taxes, title, and fees). Being the xxxxxxx he is, he refused and would only come back with the dealership’s “offer” handwritten on a piece of paper. He then would only allow me and my partner to look at the “offer” for a minute at a time before walking away and taking the paper with him. The terms in the “offer” were written in different sizes too in order to mislead/confuse the customer. For example, monthly payments written in bold sharpie and the vehicle cost written with a pen in order to distract the customer from what they originally asked. I can only imagine how difficult this could be for someone whose vision is impaired - especially the elderly. On top of that, all of the individuals who work here are condescending, arrogant, xxxxxxxxx who talk down to the people they’re trying to build a relationship with. We had individuals condescendingly ask us “Do you understand what I’m saying? So you like paying more or you just don’t understand finances?”. This is by far, and it’s a low bar for car dealerships, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. These people - especially SAM PINEAU - are a blight on humanity. The scourge of the earth. They said they would provide a survey via email for us to fill out about our experience but we haven’t received it. It’s almost as if they only want to promote “good interactions” and silence anyone who has a less than desirable experience with them. Especially since these surveys are critical to their salespeoples’ commissions (we know this because THEY TOLD US THEY GET PAID FOR GOOD SURVEYS). If you can avoid these xxxxx, do it. They don’t deserve to be in business, let alone bilk people out of their precious dollars More
