Never been to this Honda before, and I will probably never go back. Had 2 tires replaced within a week of each other. First tire with Kyle, the experience was great. 2nd tire, the most recent the servic never go back. Had 2 tires replaced within a week of each other. First tire with Kyle, the experience was great. 2nd tire, the most recent the service guy (didn’t even give me his name, big tall bald guy) his demeanor made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Told me numerous times that Honda does not patch/fix flats, when I know this is wrong because I’ve had many flats repaired with Honda in the past. I bought a new tire because mine wasn’t repairable (again I was told even if it was, you guys at Honda dont repair tires). After I was taken to the checkout the service guy (big tall bald guy) said now that I have purchased a tire from Honda, they will be able to replace it for free +plus small fees and that if I get a nail in it then Honda will patch it. I told him “so I can buy a car from Honda and you won’t repair my flat, but if I buy a tire from Honda, then it’s all of a sudden patchable?” He said it’s the policy and shrugged his shoulders. I left your service dept with a very bad taste in my mouth. Also, to top my experience off, I had just washed my car and you guys gave it back to me with gunk on my windshield. Instead of cleaning it off, they ran my windshield wipers and smeared it onto my glass. And lastly, as I was driving home my tire light came on again. With it being just after 6, the service dept was now closed. Had to wait till the morning to go to Showcase Honda. Whoever did the air in my tires in your service dept set the pressure way below what it should’ve been on all 4 tires. Showcase took care of me, which is where I will now continue to go for service on my car. Worst experience with Honda to date. More

They were unable to keep my original first appointment with me not able to stay there for four hours. When I arrived for my second appointment, I was told I had to wait by my car,in 115 degrees, while it with me not able to stay there for four hours.
