Disappointing that my visor won’t fold all the way up. Asked him to see if he could fix it, or at least take a look. Svc dept had to order a part. Said they’d call when it was in. I called about 6 weeks later to find out where it was at. Said they would check on it. Came back on the phone 5-10 m Said they’d call when it was in. I called about 6 weeks later to find out where it was at. Said they would check on it. Came back on the phone 5-10 minutes later. Yeah it’s here. Disappointing I had to manage the process. If you say you will call then have it on a follow up list. More
