I was at the location for almost 5 hours for an oil change. When I showed up the service person I was assigned to was gone then after about 4 hours I called back in from the waiting area to see who was change. When I showed up the service person I was assigned to was gone then after about 4 hours I called back in from the waiting area to see who was my service person was and get and idea of how much longer it would be because I was told it would be 2 hours which is still pretty long to wait for an oil change nevertheless the rep was now there he said he was finalizing the paper work 1 more hours passes I call again he said he text me letting me know the car was done a while ago I never received a text all while he was coming out taking care of other customers but never called my name More
