We enjoyed the wonderful sales people we met during the purchase, and the finance guy was also good and straight to the point. I did think the handshake with the finger on the person’s wrist was a little c purchase, and the finance guy was also good and straight to the point. Several handshakes were that way and I can only think they were instructed to do handshakes that way for some kind “authenticity” move. Please stop. More

Usually a good experience. But I made appointment for oil change and waited 2 and 1/2 hours even with appointment.. they said it was due to holiday coming up but they should h But I made appointment for oil change and waited 2 and 1/2 hours even with appointment.. they said it was due to holiday coming up but they should have told me that it didn’t matter that I had an appointment. I don’t know if they overbooked or if they just keep talking people before you even work appointment. Other than that service was good. Everyone there is nice and usually helpful. More
