Our service advisor is great. However, the charge reporting (out of his hands) is miserable with many hidden fees related to ‘disposal, supplies, etc’ plus tax. I have noticed a decline in the quality and courtesy at Right Honda. Having been a loyal customer for 15 years, purchasing multiple vehicles and relying on them for maintenance, I am disappointed. The service quality, waiting times, customer service, cleanliness, and even the coffee have all deteriorated. There is no enjoyment in visiting the dealership anymore. The staff, including the invoice person, lack respect, support, and courtesy. It's disheartening to experience such disrespect. More
