Good ol Black Betty was great, but the new and improved White Stallion, Stella, got her groove back!! GM stepped up big time with the technology and safety features in the new 2023 models, and Rivard GMC i White Stallion, Stella, got her groove back!! Customer service, sales team, service department and their trade-in and new vehicle costs are unmatched to anywhere I've ever been. Miguel Alvarez in sales gets a five star rating for doing everything via phone and email to get me exactly what I was asking for! The thank you note, free oil change and cookies were a very thoughtful "cherry on top", since the deal was already done. More

Awesome customer service provided by a great staff. I have bought many new cars and no dealership has provided better service than Rivard. Worked super hard to find me a truck to replace mine that so I have bought many new cars and no dealership has provided better service than Rivard.
