I brought my car in for a checkup on the transmission because the car was jerking. They found metal particles in the transmission, they tried to say it was NOT a transmission failure when it was REALLY a because the car was jerking. They found metal particles in the transmission, they tried to say it was NOT a transmission failure when it was REALLY a transmission failure. They only replaced the torque converter when they were SUPPOSED to change the WHOLE transmission system. I had confirmation from two other mechanic shops and my brother whom is a transmission specialist in my home state that is is DEFINITELY A TRANSMISSION FAILURE. The car was STILL jerking after the first time and the front tire was low on air-they forgot to put air in after patching the hole from the screw. I brought the car back and they did a "fast and learn"..... the car is STILL jerking right now. This is because metal particles are IN the engine causing the damages. I spoke and expressed my concerns to Troy Guidash. He interrupted and said that he is NOT authorizing a complete transmission system even though it IS a transmission FAILURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANY AUTOMOBILE OWNERS NOT TO BRING YOUR CARS TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND PUT YOU IN THE CAR THAT WILL ENDANGER YOUR LIFE AND YOUR LOVED ONES' LIVES AT RISK! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLES OR YOUR LIVES! Go to a mechanic shop with HIGH reviews and better repuation!! The ONLY one positive review I would give was that they provided a loaner vehicle the both times they worked on my car. More
