Service Was disappointed this time in the length of time it took to do an oil change and tire rotation. (1 hour and 25 minutes). Would understand if I drove in off the street but I had a scheduled appointment. When I said something to the service rep his response was "I don't know why it took so long" I would have appreciated an "I'm sorry it took so long" This should never happen. I did check yes I would recommend the service center because over all in the 20 some years I have been dealing with James Rivard I never had an issue with service. More

We gave our credit card to hold the vehicle until the bank finalized, unprofessional to demand a deal timeline when it was clear we were purchasing the vehicle! More

Oil change Went out of my way to bring it to James Rivard because Bob at the service center has always taken care of us in the past when we bring in my wife's Yu Went out of my way to bring it to James Rivard because Bob at the service center has always taken care of us in the past when we bring in my wife's Yukon. I called ahead of time and asked how long it would take for an oil change because I had an afternoon commitment.. The woman on the phone said 60-70 minutes. So I agreed to a 1:30 appointment to bring in my Silverado. Asked the gentleman again when I pulled into service and he said an hour and maybe a few minutes more. 2 hours and 10 minutes later I get my truck back. So as a result, I was late for my next commitment. Extremely frustrated and the guy who checked me in never seemed concerned or to have any sense of urgency. Then driving away, I look up and they did not even put a window service sticker up on the windshield. I really had a poor experience and left doubting that I will return with my truck or my wife's Yukon. I really would expect more out this experience at James Rivard. More
