Easy process and good service with buying I financed a used vehicle from them and they got a few different banks willing to finance me with no questions asked. I had trouble getting a auto loa I financed a used vehicle from them and they got a few different banks willing to finance me with no questions asked. I had trouble getting a auto loan thru my bank and another dued to lack of proof of income but there was no hassle here. My saleman, Jose Wingo was very nice and down to earth, not at all your typical salesman. The few vehicles I looked at from there were priced significantly below blue book value and the salesman stated that they try to offer their best price possible, therefore there's no playing hardball to get a fair price. I highly recommend to go take a look at their vehicles. Very good experience for me. More
2 Year Scheduled Maintenance I arrived 9:07 AM, and was greeted by a service person before I exited the vehicle. He collected the vehicle information and proceeded to prep my SUV I arrived 9:07 AM, and was greeted by a service person before I exited the vehicle. He collected the vehicle information and proceeded to prep my SUV for maintenance. I waited for my vehicle in the waiting room. It was clean well stocked with water, coffee and snacks. The wait time was a little over an hour and they notified me promptly when it was completed. the service person was very courteous and knowledgeable as too my questions. Five Star Service!!!!! More

He went the extra mile to verify coverage by calling the respective companies and dealerships. I will be back for future maintenance and service on all of my GMC products. More

Replacement Battery On May 22, 2018 the battery in my 2014 SLE Sierra Truck failed and needed to be replaced. It was previously replaced by this same GMC dealership unde On May 22, 2018 the battery in my 2014 SLE Sierra Truck failed and needed to be replaced. It was previously replaced by this same GMC dealership under warranty in June of 2016. I was assuming that since the battery was just replaced 23 months ago, that it would be somehow prorated. Come to find out that batteries replaced under warranty are not prorated. It end up costing me $196. I have been a faithful customer of this GMC dealership and did purchase this truck at the same dealership. If I would have known that was the policy, I would have gone elsewhere to replace my battery. Over the years this dealership has always treated me well. I might need to look elsewhere. More
