CHRIS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. ONLY CONCERN THAT I HAVE IS WITH RECEIVING A REFERRAL FOR MY COUSIN TEMARKUS BROWN WHO WAS WITH ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESSS OR I W ENTIRE PROCESS. ONLY CONCERN THAT I HAVE IS WITH RECEIVING A REFERRAL FOR MY COUSIN TEMARKUS BROWN WHO WAS WITH ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESSS OR I WAS NOT OFFERED TO BE SIGNED UP FOR THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. INQUIRED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I GAVE HIM HER NAME AND ADDRESS, BUT SHE HAS YET TO RECEIVE THE REFERRAL, WHICH WAS 2 OR MORE WEEKS AGO. I LET ME KNOW THAT HE SENT HER INFO OVER, TO WHO I DONT KNOW. BUT, I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM CHRIS. OTHER THAN IS SITUATION I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH CHRIS AND DEFINATELY MY BRAND NEW ENVISTA. I LOVE MY CAR AND WOULD LIKE TO REFER OTHERS AS SOON AS THIS REFERRAL ISSUE IS RESOLVED.
