Instead I decided to order new from the factory based on the guarantee that Rivera Toyota could deliver exactly what I wanted. I was cautioned that it could take a few months. I placed the order in June and took delivery in early November. The reasons for the delay were outside of Rivera Toyota's control and they were good with keeping me informed throughout the process. Rob was not pushy during the ordering process and honored the price we agreed to even though the vehicle I received ended up being a model year newer. The wait was well worth it! Not a single detail was missed. Rob shared in my excitement on delivery day and has stayed in contact even after the purchase just to see how I am liking my new car and to make sure I am a satisfied customer. After years of buying Ford, I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant and stress-free buying experience I ever had. Only downside is that repair took an hour instead of the estimated 30 minutes. While not under Rivera Toyota's control, I think Toyota should have extended the free replacement for the life of the vehicle since this is a known flaw in their equipment. More
