Bought a new car Just got home with our new Toyota 2017 RAVE. There is not one thing I can think of that would have improved our experience. From the minute we walked into the show room to driving off the lot the staff was suburb. The receptionist was warm, welcoming and attentive. Robert Boyle, our sales person, was knowledgeable, flexible, kind and informative. He got us just the car we wanted AND A DAY EARLY!! He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Leonard Lombardo, another great member of this friendly, customer focused team, handled the financing for us and it was quick, professional and painless. I would absolutely recommend this organization. We have purchased about 8 Toyotas prior to today at another dealer, but am so happy we switched to Rivera for future sales and service (had service here a few weeks ago on another Toyota we have and it was equally impressive). Toyota Rav4 Purchase I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Rav4 XLE during the their recent Annual sale. I previously had a 2005 Toyota Rav4 the basic version, with over 130 I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Rav4 XLE during the their recent Annual sale. I previously had a 2005 Toyota Rav4 the basic version, with over 130k miles on. The car was slowly starting to go and earlier in the year I dented the front right bumper, which I never fixed. After browsing online at other dealerships, I decided I want to stick with Toyota and get another Rav4. I thought I found the car on their website and set up a test drive with Robert. The Rav4 I took on the test drive was the not the car I saw on the website because it wasn't at the dealership it was at service center. The car I tested drove was black, gray interior but had no navigation system. Before the test drive Rob explained to me the car was exactly the same just the interior was different and no navigation system was installed. On the test drive, we ended up at the service center to see the car I had requested on the website (with a navigation system). At first glance I knew I didn't want that car, the Tan interior on the black car looked awful. I told Rob I didn't love the interior and he said no problem, we can locate the car I want from a different dealership. Once we got to the dealership and negotiated the price the price Rob quoted me was about a $2,000 below what True car said the average person paid. Angelo said they would give me $2,000 for my 2005 RAV4 (which I wasn't expecting to get that much) and would of given me $3,000 if the bumper wasn't dented. After agreeing on the price Rob informed they that they would have to locate the vehicle I wanted with either gray or black interior, but they should be there in about week. It them a little longer then expected to get the car (a week and a half). Once the car was ready (I wanted a remote started installed), we meet with Lenny to go over the financing. Other then the slight delay I had no issues, it was during the annual sale and locating a the specific car I wanted would be a little difficult. I've had the car now for over two weeks and love it! The car is bigger, the front seats are more comfortable and a lot more from in the back seats and in the truck compared to my 2005 model. My wife has a 2005 Solaria and we defiantly will be coming back when she is ready to upgrade. More

Exceptional Customer Service I initially negotiated the vehicle, 2016 Highlander with Angelo and was impressed immediately with his friendly (without being salesman/phony) demeano I initially negotiated the vehicle, 2016 Highlander with Angelo and was impressed immediately with his friendly (without being salesman/phony) demeanor and apparent open/honest approach, as if I were family. From that point on, I dealt with Kelly. In my experience, her greatest strength, is in that she goes above and beyond, what the average salesperson would do. This is not my first time purchasing a Toyota or dealing/negotiating with multiple dealers simultaneously, but, is by far the best experience (since Toyota of Rockland County, many years ago) I have, had. For reference, I had gone to Toyota of Danbury (terrible) and Toyota of New Rochelle (pretty good), but, Kelly has been exceptional in following up to make sure all my needs were met prior to the actual sale and that I am happy in my vehicle. She's responded to inquiries on her personal time and after sale, even interceded in my dealings with the service department to be sure I was taken care of on my initial maintenance needs. She's attentive, (without being pushy) and always professional. More

The previous car I had broke down unexpectedly with me and my kids in the car. The damages were beyond repair. A neighbor friend of mine referred me to Rivera Toyota. I went in there crying, frantic, anxious and full of so many emotions. I did not know what to do and how it was going to turn out. Everyone that I met was encouraging and reassuring and supporting. They told me not to worry and they were right. I came out of that dealership with tears of joy and the biggest smile I've had in months. Rivera Toyota helped me get into a 2016 Toyota Camry Sport. It it fabulous!! Stylish and sporty and above all, reliable and safe. I want to thank everyone at Rivera Toyota for making my first new car purchase ever (well, technically it's a certified pre-owned by had 9,000 miles on it and it's brand new to me). Everyone from the front desk receptionist, to my sales consultant, to the general sales manager, the used car manager and last but most certainly not least, the finance manager. He never tried the hard sell or upsale on anything. He went out of his way to make me happy including picking me up from the train station and going to the hardware store out of a favor to me. When I had licensing issues with the state of NJ, he did his best to walk me through it. I will definitely buy my next car from him if he isn't promoted out of sales before then. More
