Robert Boyle is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was a pleasure to deal with. We also worked closely with George and Angelo, one of the owners. They were also very accommodating to help us with the lag time from when we had to turn in our Honda at the end of its lease and waiting for the Highlander we wanted to arrive. The service felt very personal as if they genuinely wanted and appreciated our business, which is very rare in today's world. Robert was extremely thorough in reviewing all of the amenities the car came with to ensure that I was familiar with every button and how it worked before we drove off the lot. I was between a few different cars in the competitive set with the Highlander and am really thrilled that we went with it.
