Hassle free experience I went to have me 2010 Sienna serviced and was approached by Robert Boyle to see if I was interested in trading it in for a new car. Apparently they were interested in well kept cars which could be precertified and then resold. I was skeptical but kept an open mind and listened. Three days later we met again and Bob listened to my proposal which was accepted. I felt no pressure since I was quite happy with the 2010 Sienna. You know it must have been a good deal since I came away with a new Sienna. Bob was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and fair with respect to pricing on both the trade in as well as the new Sienna. He answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work out this deal with him. More

Made the drive I was getting fed up with the other Toyota dealerships we went to in New Rochelle (the worst!), and here in the Bronx, nice salesmen but horrible and I was getting fed up with the other Toyota dealerships we went to in New Rochelle (the worst!), and here in the Bronx, nice salesmen but horrible and unaffordable price! Rob called worked with us, and gave us a price we could handle and wasn't pushy. So making the further drive was a good move. However I give all the glory to the Lord Jesus Christ for His provison in taking care of us and using Rob for our good. Many are the plans of a man's heart but the Lord orders his steps! I will most likely continue with Rivera and Rob in the future based on this experience. More
