I was a little nervous about bringing in my 2008 to the dealership, but I had an issue I wouldn't trust to just any mechanic. Went for my 10,000 mile check up. I got a call 10 minutes after I dropped to see if I needed anything else. They then called me an hour later saying my car was ready. The service to my vehicle was performed in a timely manner. However this was the second time that my car had a pending recall and I was not informed until I had arrived at the dealership for a matenice manner. However this was the second time that my car had a pending recall and I was not informed until I had arrived at the dealership for a matenice appointment I had made. If I had not scheduled this appointment I would not have known about the necessary service recall. The part for the recall was not in stock so I would need to take additional time out of my busy schedule to reschedule another appointment. This proved to be quite inconvenient. Joseph the service agent did try to accommodate my request regarding the recall but was unable to. More
