Staff is nice, friendly, and polite -- but, it's not clear that they actually check anything when you bring a car in for ToyotaCare service. They don't use a checklist system, they don't tell you about tire inflation or fluid levels, or anything. In my previous experience with this dealer, the service staff was always trying to talk me into un-needed services, or to sell me a new car, instead of helping me stay in my existing vehicle. The service techs might be fine --- but the culture at this dealership is not focused on serving customer interests, just their own. More
Came in for a 20,000 service and a new tire. Joe did everything to make my wait be reasonable. Also went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.
