After reading a lot of reviews on this site, we skipped two nearby Toyota dealerships where we had previously purchased cars. George Brunner was our sales rep and did a great job explaining all our options, listening to our needs/desires and didn’t push all the “extras” that we didn’t need or want. Thank you George. Unlike the horror stories we have read when buying any new auto, this was a pleasant experience. If any friend/relative is in the market for a Toyota we will surely send them here. Despite being a lifelong Mets fan, Mariano was the only NYY I liked. After this experience I like him even more. Well done Rivera Toyota.! More

My experience working with George and the team at Rivera Toyota was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family that are looking for a new Toyota. I put a deposit on a GR Corolla Toyota was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family that are looking for a new Toyota. I put a deposit on a GR Corolla when they were announced in the spring of 2022, but I unfortunately had to cancel the deposit in the fall. Fast forward over a year and when a car with all the right options popped up, George reached out and worked with me on the details over the phone. Literally hours later I drove away in the new car. The staff was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and at no point was George pushy or overbearing. A car dealership should facilitate a mutually beneficial transaction, and that's exactly what Rivera Toyota did. It also helps that the car exceeds all of my expectations. More

When we picked up the car, John P., the product specialist, went through many of the features of the car efficiently and patiently. When we went to get extended coverage for service and various parts of the car Tinu and Walter provided us with a very comprehensive plan. Great team work at Rivera Toyota. More
