Waited way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Went in around 1pm didn’t come out till 2:30 it’s ridiculous. They even tried to tell me I needed an alignment done since I did a rotation. Exorbitant. Lack of nationwide deals for service. Slow process time. Dispiriting service advisors. Took almost five minutes for someone to attend, and that was Lack of nationwide deals for service. Took almost five minutes for someone to attend, and that was with me having to ask for help…whereas in other dealerships they come out immediately to scan the vin number. Charged me for a tire rotation, when I had a deal for my tires with Toyota that is nationwide which allows me to have it free of charge. Advisor seemed depressed and almost like he didn’t want to help. Almost pretended to not hear me when I spoke to him the first time. No one was outside or even motioned to move when I first pulled into the service area/garage. More
