I had a 9 am scheduled appointment for a simple oil change service. I recieved my vehicle back around 1130 and it was leaking oil. Service was not completed properly completed nor Quality & Control ins change service. I recieved my vehicle back around 1130 and it was leaking oil. Service was not completed properly completed nor Quality & Control inspection Done. I had to return my vehicle for work to be corrected and had to sit another hour and half. This was worst service I've had from a dealership. Totally unacceptable & no one even apologized for the mishap. Horrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere because I do not feel like a valued customer. More
Took my 2023 Tacoma in for regular 20k mile Toyota care service and was told my truck was ready. They gave me my keys and some paperwork. I get to my truck and noticed all four wheels had the center caps m service and was told my truck was ready. They gave me my keys and some paperwork. I get to my truck and noticed all four wheels had the center caps missing. Apparently they forgot to put them back on after rotating the tires. Now I’m worried that something else could have been missed. More
I am always pleased with the staff and workmanship but not the amount of time, I have to wait. Today it was 4 1/2 hours. My Service Advisor Richard Fuller checked me promptly in at my appointment time .He went over everything thing that was going to be done to my car and informed me of the cost .He asked me if I was staying o at my appointment time .He went over everything thing that was going to be done to my car and informed me of the cost .He asked me if I was staying or needed a lift any where ?I told him that I would be staying at the dealership. He told me that there was a fresh cup of coffee with my name on it. That was exactly what I needed.I was sent emails on the progress of the service of car.I really appreciated being informed .I am still receiving great service after my purchase of my car .Thank you !
