Communication is fobar never asked me where to send notifications; sent txt to my bro in law who took car in months b4, not to me then sent email updates to my wife; sent me home by lyft with txt mess notifications; sent txt to my bro in law who took car in months b4, not to me then sent email updates to my wife; sent me home by lyft with txt message, so i assume i will get txt message update or call; nothig til 1:36 after dropped off at 8; no call or email to tell her or me that it was done, called at 4:30 fir update; had to leave for long drive to Tampa nxt day; they close At 5:30 no response; went nxt day agent had day off, brought me car that was ready 5:25 previous day; their work might b fine but need better communication More

Awful. 4 hours for an oil change. My assigned service advisor texted me when I checked in to say I could call ortext anytime to him with questions. I did tw 4 hours for an oil change. I had to track him down to see what was taking so long.And my fault, this was third time I've taken my Toyota here for a simple oil change, and all 3 times has been 3 to 4 hours. Someone told me about Lagrange Toyota, and think I'll give them a try next. More

The service is really good but the wait to be seen is long and the wait for the service to be done is really long. I usually wait 10-15 minutes just to turn my vehicle in and then it’s normally 2-3 hours long and the wait for the service to be done is really long. I usually wait 10-15 minutes just to turn my vehicle in and then it’s normally 2-3 hours for my oil change to be done. I have to wait in the shop so it’s kind of a pain but they do have free coffee, a few vending machines, clean bathrooms and reasonably comfortable chairs to pass the time. There are also a few places to get food within walking distance. More
Although I didn’t have and appointment, I found this morning that I had a battery problem. I went to the dealer and even though they were booked they worked me in for a new battery.
