Little things !! Little things goes a long way. When you rotate tires you think you would check the air pressure!! Not this time you didn’t. I guess it wasn’t written instructions for you to follow. Could have bought the parts from another Toyota dealership a hole lot cheaper. $90.00 to be exact. Sorry guy we have bought 3 vehicles there and probably will not again. The rags you charge me for probably should have been use to help you do the little things !!! Labor was very high as well. Probably will drive 45 minutes next time for service and all my needs in buying future autos More
I recently had my Toyota Camry serviced by Rivertown Toyota. Being a former employee of Rivertown Toyota i know they truly care to take care of their customers. What made this appointment different was when I was asked why I no longer worked there. I feel the employees I spoke with were interested and I could see emotions they may be feeling. They are feeling the same consternation I did. The influence of a corporation on its employees could appear very overwhelming. Chuck Easters, Chris Blaylock, and the entire team have been and always will be inspirational to me, their performance speaks volumes to the quality Rivertown Toyota offers. More

The process of purchasing our vehicle from Rivertown Toyota was fine but all other customer service past that point was terrible. We had a mechanical brake issue while my husband and I were road-trippin Toyota was fine but all other customer service past that point was terrible. We had a mechanical brake issue while my husband and I were road-tripping so we called Rivertown for information on our warranty since we were miles away from the actual paper work for it. We went through 30 minutes of useless phone calls before someone finally answered the phone just to tell us to call four other numbers that didn’t work. We waited two hours before someone finally answered just to give us another phone number. Well, long story short, we had already had our car fixed at that time because we needed to get on the road and it nullified our warranty. We lost $1,000 in a caliper repair that was also suppose to have passed the green light when we bought the vehicle 6 months prior. We are feeling extremely cheated right now. Rivertown offers good service only when it suits them and just cuts you down in the end. More
