Rizza Buick GMC committed delivery fraud by selling a brand new vehicle with parts missing. They have refused to repair the defects. They have lied to GM Corporate stating they fixed it when it has not e brand new vehicle with parts missing. They have refused to repair the defects. They have lied to GM Corporate stating they fixed it when it has not even moved parking spots in over 20 days on their lot. They have lost our personal belongings including the key fob. The General Manager Jim Allegretti has been rude and walked away from us in the middle of a meeting that we requested to attempt to resolve the defects and has since ceased communications with us. This dealership has ruined my first luxury car buying experience. Upon talking with other dealerships, this dealership location is known as the Wolves's den. This is my caution to you, buyers, beware. More
