John O’Connell was a truly a pleasure to do business with. He took all the necessary time needed to go over the vehicle and even told us to call him to stop back in to go over things again, there is so with. He never rushed us, never once took advantage of us. We truly appreciate the way he conducted himself. Introduced us to the different areas of the dealership and the personnel there. This was our first true high end luxury vehicle and we are looking forward to learning all we can about it and most of all driving it. More

Dealership had my car in shop for recall and did not fix everything related to the recall or even diagnosis everything at the time .
