I found what I wanted online at this dealership 2017 Dodge Durango R/T. I called for a stock check and confirmed it was on lot and still available. Was contacted by "Melizza" via text and was told to ask for her. When we came I did just that and was introduced to Larry. When I told Larry I was there to see Melizza he brushed it off and asked what we there to see. The vehicle was exactly as described. I was very happy with what was offered for trade in and was told that the internet sales price was non negotiable. The whole event although not a negative review felt very blunt. When introduced to Mike (finance) I was not impressed. My credit score is excellent and the offer given again was very blunt. I had been previously qualified for a loan thru my own bank at an interest rate that was much lower than what I was told I qualified for. I ended up purchasing said vehicle and decided that I would refinance on my own. Overall I would do it again however I would seek financing from an outside source before purchasing. Side note, I brought the vehicle home and had it checked by my own mechanic to find there were two recalls on the vehicle that had not been addressed. I took the vehicle to my local dealership and it was addressed immediately looked at and resolved in under 15 minutes. I would think that buying a vehicle from a dealership that as easy as that was to resolve they would have addressed before sale. Also I was asked to fill out this survey in total four times. In short be prepared and know before you go. More

Friendly I arrived at the dealership to have my side view mirror repaired on my 2011 SRX .After inspection I was told the mirror could not be repaired and woul I arrived at the dealership to have my side view mirror repaired on my 2011 SRX .After inspection I was told the mirror could not be repaired and would have to be replaced.A new mirror has been ordered and then painted and I am waiting to hear when to return for installation.
