Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC

Old time sales tactics. Got a beautiful new GMC truck but didn’t like the high pressure I got to purchase it. I was promised service vouchers or some kind of coupon book that I was not given and probably wil didn’t like the high pressure I got to purchase it. I was promised service vouchers or some kind of coupon book that I was not given and probably will never see. Just wish the buying experience could be better to make it more enjoyable but instead I was left wondering if I got taken advantage of. Well live & learn. Make things a little more right with the service coupons and some other kind of follow through and I might consider buying/ service from this dealership in the future. If not then to bad so sad for you guys as I will take my business elsewhere and not recommend using/visiting your dealership to anyone. Frustrated buyer. Purchased vehicle 3/2020 More
