Our salesman Jay Bakr & Mike Bakr really went above our expectations and really took care of us in our new purchase. Even after the vehicle had a transmission code pop up when they took it for full tank of gas they could have reset code and deliver vehicle to us Mike called and said thats not how we do business so he found same vehicle but with different wheels and put wheels we liked on our new vehicle. We will never buy a Caddy from another dealer . Thanks Jay and Mike Bakr for everything...J&L More

Road side assistance The assistance was okay. The tech very helpful jumped started car but carried no battery to replace the DEAD one in my car. I called him again later The assistance was okay. The tech very helpful jumped started car but carried no battery to replace the DEAD one in my car. I called him again later when the car would not start. He was off duty but suggested to call the 800 number, I had to have a working car before Monday morning I had to be at church by 5:30 am and then had to do two funerals. So could not sit and have car towed or wait till later Monday morning to get this resolved.. The 800 number connected me with a tech from Shirley Cadillac in Oak lawn who came at 5:30 Sunday evening and replaced the battery. The tech from Rizzo does not carry batteries. Otherwise in service is great More
