Straight forward, Competant, No-Surprises. The car could have been cleaner on delivery, there was remaining visible dirt on the mats and various scratches that surprised and disappointed me. Steve called me in advance to make sure I had a smooth transition and had a linkage when I arrived on site. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't insult my intelligence with gimicks or cliche's. He provided direct, tangible information to assist with me decision. He made sure the vehicle was ready and eliminated my hassels in the process. Joe processed my financing promptly. He didnt oversell additional features ( I would have walked out if anyone attempted this ) but educated me about tangible bennefits of an extended warranty, which I am glad I chose. He processed my loan promptly, he was concerned about my eating and time frame. I felt hight respected by the members of the team. I am thrilled with the vehicle, overall. It was a pleasant experience purchasing from Rizza GMC, and did not expect it would be, based upon past new care purchases. I felt my vehicle is in good future hands as well.
